I remember a variation of this lesson from you in the same park. It is nice to have this as a reference.

The interesting thing is, despite PG Crafty Dog is working and teaching at a very slow speed, power and intensity this “material” has a destructive matrix: in every field (I mean footwork, strategy and circular strength for the upper body motions).
Note that at 1:10 my left hand is on the right side of my jaw. Per Guro Guard Dog, for matched lead boxing this is fine, but for mirror lead kickboxing and MMA the left side of my head may well be vulnerable to a speedy rear leg head kick. Thus, he suggested to me, and I have incorporated the rear hand on its own side of the head.
Training with this suggestion I’ve noticed that “entering” in the Dracula is also faster.
