The seminar was fantastic!
As usual Guro Benjamin had a 'short' warm up! The first hour or so was dedicated to the warm up, where he ran us through exercises for developing power and 'fast feet'. He had us doing training exercises on aerobic steps! Definately some new exercises for us to add into our training regimes!
The technical bulk of the seminar focused on two different complementary (or opposing!) structures, the 'mobility game' and stalking.
He rounded off the seminar with his now imfamous 'boogey woogey' :-D
