Cycle Drills. Nice use of an orange cone. What other impact resistives can you show us??

BTW--Some years ago TopDog promised his training routine on Eskrima Digest. He is retired now. How 'bout some insight into tire throwing, sprints, weights, bagwork, footwork, cardio, etc.

hi guys,
first i want to say hello to all of you , my name is dennis i?m from germany benztown-city ,age 33.
thx very much for all the nice movies you posted already, but the new gathering-video is marvellous...you really show the teamspirit in this one, impressive for me was to see that the fights stop immediately after the stop signal, there were no bad actions after the break... and what i like most, it shows all the different FMA -skills as well as grappling,myselfand a lot of other germand guys in our martial-arts-forum are looking forward in joining the gathering in october presented by your very appreciated lonely dog in suisse.
he told me that you also give us guys some practice before on the 30.september we are all looking forward to this.
so take care and i hope my english is not so weak that nobody understands me over seas  :wink:
