I like to grease up a piece of ratan and hit a tire. Forces me to hang on tight. Don't do it with anything nearby you are not willing to break.

With the permission of my dear friend the Crafty Dog, I would like to invite you all to an upcoming seminar at my home gym in San Anselmo, California. The seminar with cover the foundation of the Die Less Often anti-knife material.

When: Saturday June 28, 12:00pm to 2:30pm (or perhaps 3pm)
Where: Marin MMA. 222 Greenfield Ave. San Anselmo, Ca
How Much: $60 at the door
Taught by: DBMA Instructor Antone Haley

The footwork matrix in the first video is very intricate. I thought it was just a design until he started to reference different lines.... Very interesting material.
