For those who don't know, this seminar will be held at The Warrior's Forge, an elite combatives and high intensity conditioning facility in Manassas, Va.  An added bonus to attending this seminar is the opportunity to reevaluate with Dino (the head trainer) your physical conditioning regimen.  The Warriors Forge is becoming well known on the East Coast for the superior manner in which it integrates conditioning with a combatives emphasis.

Woof All:

I fly out tomorrow.  I have heard good things about Dino, his crew, and his facility.  I am very pysched for this.

The Adventure continues!

Woof All:

Having a fine time here in Manassas. Bulk of today's material was Dos Triques, but naturally we digressed on many tangents. grin

The Adventure continues,

On Sunday we did Kali Tudo and went in depth into the Dog Catcher.

I had a fine time-- which includes good conversation at lunch and dinner.  They must have had a good time too--we are now looking to schedule the next seminar in October.
