Vlad has always impressed me, even though some RMA practitioners seem to mimic him and not "get it". Sonny P has impressed people who are battle hardened and jaded so that interests me. Here is Vlad's take on stick. Watch the last few seconds at normal speed.

The Systema seems really interesting. I would like to experience a seminar, the techinique that was perfomed at the end of the clip seems like it would fit in with the FMA and other systems, it seems like a matter of zoning out into a zero pressure zone.  It also reminds me of something out of Datu Worden's "Connecting the Systems" video.  I think I have posted this before but I was pretty skeptical of the Systems stuff but an instructor that I have had some Sombo training with years ago wrote an article about Vlad and the Systema system and it made me want to give it a chance.
