Grateful for a fine day at Colinas with Dogzilla, Night Owl, Daniel, Kevin, and Matt.  Tres cool to hang out with the giant sea turtles, and a fine time at Dogzilla bday party tonight.

Today, I am grateful  for the past 4 days spent with my youngest son. He just finished his Navy school and is now stationed in San Diego, I had not seen him for 4 months. Surf Dog gave him some good training and he looks forward to fight in a gathering.   Craig ( a proud father ).

Greatfull for all the effort put out by our KajuPit Fight Team this morning.  Two of my students joined the fight team and had their cherries popped this morning with some intense fight cardio...    They represented my Lemoore branch well and hope to see them stick with it.

Great way to start the day and the weekend. 8-)

I'm grateful to have spent the day with Ajarn Chai in NJ.  I got his opinion on some material that I've been planning for the next Gathering and he tuned it up for me.  Obviously it was Muay Thai based but he gave me some Krabi flavor to add into the mix, HOW COOL!

Today at 10 AM, the husband of an old high school friend gave up his long battle with cancer and passed away. My very good friend is a widow at thirty. Today, I am grateful to have known the man, what he meant to my friend, and his reminder that while we say things like this, we must remember that life truly is short and it is important to try and make the best of the time that we have.

Today, there have been some strange events in close, family relationships that make me question the nature of the universe. I am grateful that I seem to be getting maybe a little wiser. I didn't spend very long thinking about it. I have faith that the sun will rise tomorrow, and things will be a little more clear.

Im thankfull for this past weekend of good times with great people.  I enjoyed helping others improve their skills in several areas.  I got to help some of the wounded hard chargers with some pain relief.  All in the spirit of Ohana.

I got to chill around the camp fire at my friend Mark Gerry's home and chat with GM Max Pallen.  He is going to be taking a group on a tour of Tailand and Cebu in the near future.

All in all a great weekend.
