Geeez... Glad I was out of town for that one.  Those fights looked pretty lively.

I notice Tennessee Dog looks to be fighting at a very vicious level.   Who has he been working his ground game with? And can I get in on some of that?

A good showing from all fighters in general.  Oh, and did I see somebody working the Brando Buzzsaw somewhere in there?!!

Dog Dan:  I'll tell you about Tennessee and Boo Dogs when you come down next week , , , and yes that is a very nice Brondo Buzzsaw in there (folks, Dog Dan was the first to uncork the BB in action-- as can be seen in the Nat Geo documentary).  Does anyone know who that is doing it?

As always, primo work from Night Owl.

I love the knifework by Linda "Bitch" Matsumi.

Also, I have a sense of deep satisfaction that my years of pushing for IFWA (in fight weapon access) have finally taken root.

Well, in my case I didn't have much of a choice since my stick went sailing out of my hands at approximately the speed of light :P

I am glad of the following:

a) that the direction the stick went was AWAY from the children in the audience!

b) I was able to close and deploy my knife quickly and efficiently under that sort of pressure!

This clip takes me right back to that post fight altered state.

My favorite moment in the vid is ~6:32-6:44 where "Seeing Eye" Dog is in the grapple and GIGGLING WITH GLEE as he stabs his opponent!!  My least favorite part is at 7:59 - the hit where Rene broke my finger!!!  (Which needs to be rebroken BTW, because it didn't set properly, Rene!!!!  Damn Spaniards...  )

Great job on that piece.  I think that is needed for every one of the gatherings.  I would pay good money for a montage of my fights that way.  I may even wash someone's car as a bonus.
That clip gets my blood boiling.  Think I'll go hit the tires!!

This is the first footage of my fights I've seen.  Love it!!  I actually pulled off an umbrella to backhand that I have been working on since April.  After seeing it I need to change my footwork and go into full diamond.  That alone is worth its weight in gold.  Thanks again for the clip.

Now off to the garage for some tire smashing... (complete the diamond,...  complete the diamond.)

PS.  Poi Dog:  U = Scary!!    Nice.
PPS.  TN Dog, Pappy, Brian, Ryan everyone from the NOHO clan - we're on the right track.  Now to step it up a notch!

I dont seem to get much camera time...  I've fought at several Gatherings and often wish I had someone to record my fights.  Maybe I just need to get better, raise my skill level.  It must be because;  1. I suck, 2. I dont fight enought between EMS duties, 3. Im too fat for the camera,4.  Crafty and Night Owl are just keeping my activities under wrapps until my Medical Evaluation Board is finished...

Who knows...

Just playin with ya...  I did see my ugly mug and fat ass in the vid a couple times.  Too bad the part when I shot Linda "Bitch" didn't make the cut.

Again, GREAT JOB BY ALL!   Very exciting fights and great intensity.  I've received nothing but praise for the DB's and the intensity level displayed in the video.

Thank you everyone!  Looking forward to the next go round and working on loosing my gut

 :-D

Im thinking next time to start a fight with my pistal holstered and visible, tap in and then attempt to access that weapon first before transitioning to something else.

Maybe, an option for Crafty to toss a weapon into the middle of the areana as the fight is going on, just to see how things progress.  Just as if a thug dropped his pistol down his pant leg or something to that effect.  Just an idea... :-P

GREAT VIDEO.

looks like lots of off lead fighting...

Pappy and Poi look sharp (they still scare me), all of the fights looked pretty vicious, it's good motivation to keep training and get better  :-D

and great cuts by Linda (My sister trains so I sent the link to her so that she can be suitably inspired)

good to see War Dog fighting also!

woof,
porn*

At least you made the cut Kaju!  :-D  Everyone who sees the video is like, "Just admit it, you didn't fight at that Gathering." LOL.
