He better start bulking up and ripping out otherwise he will not be believable.   He may not look like Arnie, but he has to be credible, and those pictures (the few I saw) are not.

He's very tall at 6'5".  It will take a lot of steroids to bulk up a frame that tall.  Masculine culture is on the decline when a "metro" male model is chosen for the role.

Thank god others agree with me that this is a terrible choice. Though, I do follow the Robert E Howard version on Conan, I do love the Arnie version. This Joke is a terrible idea. He better start drinking roids! I am so upset.

Tarzan of the the old B/W era would be okay for Conan as well.  Some one who is "fit" and "physically educated" is needed for the role.   Heck Lonely Dog from the way he looks in the videos might be able to do it.

I know from experience that people always look bigger on camera than of- the focus of attention does that- so if you look "large" you are.  Look at the MMA fighters, most of the light and featherweights look "normal sized" on camera, but when you see them in the steet, being 5'6" and less, the suddenly become "small ripped 5 pounds of whoop butt in a 16 oz. can"
