Wrist conditioning and heavy sticks

Some time ago I asked for some advice reference heavy stick training on this forum.  Many of you gave me great advice including Crafty Dog and Top Dog whom I understand doesn't post much(I think Craft nudged him   Any way I learned a great deal and thought I'd share some of what I learned as a way of saying thanks.
