So I came across this article today where the military has created a program to help combat vets deal with PTS by providing them with non-violent high-adrenaline activities.

Do people here have any non-violent types of activities they practice routinely to help them become more self-aware of how they respond/react in a high adrenaline state (i.e. skydiving, bungee jumping, getting married etc.)? If so, has it helped improve focus during sparring/gatherings?
