I don't know SD geography, but I would give Greg and Mike a try.  They have credentials in DBMA and Pekiti Tirsia.

Look up Cepeda-Abueg martial arts academy.  Guro Narrie Babao is starting his own class there (it's by SDSU) on friday evenings/saturday afternoons.
