Our shipping and handling rates are based on the sub-total of your order.

We ship via Priority Mail. To keep shipping costs down for our customers, we use Delivery Confirmation ONLY to verify receipt of goods.

These prices are for all U.S. domestic shipments. International shipments require ADDITIONAL postage. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

If you live outside the continental U.S. your order will ship via Air Parcel Post. To keep shipping costs down for our customers, we use shipping confirmation ONLY to confirm the shipment was made.

While Delivery Confirmations and Shipping Confirmations usually work just fine, we can not be responsible if your order gets vaporized by the U.S. Postal system. If you want insurance on your package, PLEASE e-mail us immediately at info@dogbrothers.com. Additional charges will apply. ALL orders shipped without insurance are at the customer's risk. We DO NOT reship orders lost by the U.S. Post office.

If paying by credit card, please note: Your card will not be charged until the day your order ships.

If you receive one of our tapes or DVDs and it doesn't work, we'll replace it, free of charge. Please e-mail us at info@dogbrothers.com.
