Could we see a visual reference picture of circling the 8 pointed star please?
It is the addition sign and the multiplication sign together.
In this VL I show the right hand going counter clockwise, but one should be able to do it in either direction.
You can start at any point, but the point is to repeat the circling without interruption. The version I show here follows this pattern:
*rising vertical (can be done backhand or forehand– here I am doing it forehand)
*uppercut (rising forehand diagonal)
*f-horz
*caveman
*vertical (frondo or brondo– here I am using the brondo)
*backhand diagonal
*b-horz
*rising backhand diagonal
and repeat.
Is this what you were looking for?
I don’t know if this is exactly related, but I have worked this a few times with nunchaku, just to drive home the point of “no interruption”. My teacher had me use “chucks” a couple of years ago when I first started working on my Snake game to help me flow a little better.
I never really played with the chux but off the top of my head it seems like it would be a good training method for cultivating the eight point star.
