Apologies for not noticing your question until just now.

The answer to your question is “Yes” haha.

More seriously now, of course boxing strikes are limited to forehand thrusts whereas MMA, MT, and KT all allow many more. KT also uses slaps, forearm shears and some other things.

To the extent that grappling is not a factor, of course the striking of KT becomes easier.
