Does anyone know where you can get a copy of “Practical Unarmed Combat Volume 1”?

From what I can tell the most commonly referenced source for PUCV1 on a few outside forums is this:

I haven’t found Volume 2, but I read to try emailing CC Defense about it. Could work.
