Is there no studio where you sign up and attend?

Guro Crafty teaches classes at the Inosanto Academy and in Redondo Beach. you can also join DBMA and get access to more vid-lessons and advice.

That's what I am trying to do..I just saw from that link that someone is up in hemet and that's not to far from me.
I called and left him a message..I hope he gives me a call back!
It was griffen martial arts.
-
That's Original Dog Brother Lester "Surf Dog" Griffin 8-)
-
I left him a message..Should I try to call back or do they get back to you in time?
I started down at Guru Bud Thompsons but hemet is a closer drive and I would love to go up there and train every now and then.
-
Lester has a bit of a surfer's sense of time , , , I'd call him back. I think you will really like the training there. (y the way, he is well-involved in MMA, first as a long-time judge for King of the Cage, and now as a regular judge at the UFC.)

You guys have any idea how much classes are and what the programs are?
And, I just called again and I got no answer :| I am gonna get sad here in a second =(
-
Too late to call tonight, I'll try calling him tomorrow , , ,
-
I finally was able to talk to him last night..But as it turns out he is like a hour and 10 mins away from me..WOW!!!
-
Woof Maxx, Its worth the drive.

it is worth the drive!
i remember war dog driving (3 hrs?) from Palm Springs to LA to train in Guro Crafty's saturday class...i don't think I had any good excuses for missing class after hearing that...
-
Well, the other small problem is that the class is at 6:00 and I get out of work at 5:00pm and heading in that direction is nothing but traffic..I would never get there. Unless someone knows a better road to take from Rancho Cucamonga to hemet.
-
Hey Maxx, I live in a small Ohio town, and got nothing like Surf dog or Crafty Dog to train with. I onley wish I had the oppertunity you have.
Theres a old saying........"where theres a will theres a way" If you want to I think you could make it happen. Good luck.

I wish I could fly hahaah

No one else found this amusing?
Seriously, you are sooo fortunate to live so close to these instructors. Take advantage of any time you can to learn from them!

"No one else found this amusing?"
ROTFLMAO.
-
HA. I don't feel so bad about when I asked about El Cajon now, LOL. :-P
-
lol..I ment his private lessons. :| I am actually moving out to Redlands in about a month..Then, I will only live 20 mins from him. HA!

Hey Maxx, i see you got in touch with Sifu Griffin. i just started there and can tell you its well worth the time it would take for you to drive there. as for it taking 1+ hrs from San Bernidino, i really doubt that unless you get caught in terrible I-10 traffic. i would estimate the drive at more like 30-35 mins. my friends and i take the drive to SB frequently and thats about what it takes us to get there from Hemet. if you have any questions about anything please let me know.
