I proudly announce a 1 day seminar with Guro Lonely in West Sussex, England.
This is on the South Coast with easy access from Europe via the Euro tunnel or ferrys and 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport

Sunday 12th July

Location TBC in East Grinstead/Crawley hopefully with the option of outdoor training followed by BBQ and watching UFC 100!
