Hi, Dan,
You can check Systema on youtube, although most of the video there is the training one, to work on a particular set of skills rather than to demonstrate an actual application. There is also a great deal of crap there that is called Systema, but it is not what we do. Here is the link to a guy under whom I train in LA. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiuXkP9WWaM (although it is also a training speed. When he speeds up, I hardly can keep him in sight.) I am far from being that good as he is, but it will give you an idea. What do you practice and would you like to meet? I will copy this message to your email in case you want contact me. I check email regularly, but I will also come here in a couple of days to see if there is any response.
