woof everyone,
I haven't posted in a while but, I have been following with great interest as usual. I am curious if any one has seen the show "lie to me". it is based on the concept of "micro expressions" that guru brought to our attention in another thread some time ago. interesting stuff and watching is a seminar of sorts. thoughts?

bow wow everybody,

another easy medicine ball.

deflate a basket ball with the inflation needle.

fill a large bucket with water and use a small hand held soccer or football pump, to fill the ball with water.  something like this;
http://soccer.epicsports.com/trk2084876/prod/3995/tachikara-hand-held-inflation-pump-9-5.html)

refill the ball with air and your done.

It takes a little while, but its cheaper than duct tape. you can vary the weight quickly and easily and the water makes it harder to handle. play around with the air pressure to suit your needs. I do variations on something I saw in one of the "Gym jones"  trailers, after "300" came out.
unfortunately the videos are´nt there anymore. basically,  throw the ball as far as you can from different angles and sprint or jog after it.
depending on how much air pressure you have, it can get the heart rate up pretty quickly.

if i tried to rob a hair dresser, got beat up by a girl, locked up and raped buy her for three days. I dont think I would tell anyone,,,,,,

Hairdresser turns robber into sex-slave

14 April, 2009, 14:05
A hairdresser from the small Russian town of Meshchovsk has subdued a man who tried to rob her shop, and then raped him for three days in the utility room, Life.ru reports.

The incident occurred on Saturday, March 14. The working day was coming to an end at a small hairdressers, when a man armed with a gun rushed in and demanded the day’s earnings. The frightened employees and customers agreed to fulfill his demand, but when the shop’s owner, 28-year-old Olga, was handing the money to the robber, she suddenly knocked him down on the floor and then tied him up with a hairdryer cord. The 32-year-old Viktor couldn’t have known that the woman was a yellow belt in karate.

Olga locked the unlucky robber in the utility room and told her colleagues that she was going to call the police – but didn’t do so. When everybody left home, she approached the man and ordered him to ‘take of his underpants’ threatening to hand him over to the police if he refuses to cooperate.

After that Olga raped her hostage for three long days. She chained Viktor to the radiator with pink furry handcuffs and fed him Viagra.

She eventually let the man go on Monday, March 16, saying: “Get out of my sight!”
Viktor went straight to hospital as his genitals were injured, and then to the police.
Olga was resentful when she was taken by the police.

“What a bastard,” the woman said about Viktor. “Yes, we had sex a couple of times. But I’ve bought him new jeans, gave him food and even gave him 1.000 roubles (around $ 30) when he left.”
After that she wrote a notice to the police claiming the man tried to rob her shop.
Both Olga and Viktor may now face prison terms. The woman could be convicted of rape, while the man of robbery.

technically this is a slide show, but still interesting. its the follow up story from yesterday. the intoduction piece, of a guy who was jumped on a train in Leipzig.
basically, "Daniel R." asked 3 men to put out a cigarette and they, said,,,no. the guy had been unemployed 4 quite a while and was on his way home from work. i read it pretty fast and I'm not sure if he worked rail line or not.either way tough day @ work.

the story yesterday, referenced 2 other recent attacks, both with knives. in each case the attackers were not provoked by much more than in the Leipzig case.

so, plasti grip. i like ie. i doesnt offer muc n the way of cusion, but the grip is great. my hands r still pretty tender from the blisters, but its getting better. i have started using gloves once my hands start 2 get tired and that helps quite a bit.
its a bit annoying 2 apply. i think brushing it on might help. all in all i am happy.

i just ordered some plasti dip from the internet. i am curious how that will work. i hope i like it. i am going 2 try sex wax on another pair and see how i like it. i am hoping that guru benjamin will reply 2 this thread. one of my concerns is a bit of cusion and what he had/has looked like the perfect compromise.

woof,
this is an interesting question. the plasti dip sounds like a good idea. i hope i can find it in germany.
when i did a siminar with guru lonley, i noticed that he had ( what looked 2 me like) a soft tape on his sticks. any ideas what that might b? i tried double sided tape. the kind used 4 hanging mirros, but it isnt very durable and i ended up with a WICKED blister. granted, i was swining a pick ax handle @ the time. any ideas that went stated here? guru benjamin, any comments?
