I would love to get out there and I'll try my best.  It'll be my 1st time @ any DB function.  Been having too much going on in my life lately...  Becoming a single man, moving to Fort Stewart, Georgia in a couple of weeks, and getting ready for my next deployment.  I'll eat ramen noodles for a month and save some money  :-D

Damn!  gotta renew my membership  :-P

Guro Crafty,

About how long did it take before you recovered from your injury?
I tore my PCL during a Combatives session during PT almost a year ago and I still don't feel like the recovery process is anywhere near complete.  I started running again about 4 months ago and have worked up to the point where I can sprint.  I think I'm just afraid of re injuring my knee and I don't want push my luck... :cry:

I used to know a guy who kept about an 18 inch piece of hose filled with sand and plugged with JB weld.  It definitely had some weight to it for its size and I'm sure it wouldn't feel to good to get hit with  :|
