how effective have people found thrusts to be?
tried some against a fencing mask and the ones that don't slide feel like a mid power punch. suppose if you got a perfect side angle you could go for 'the button' with some hip behind it.
xyphoid/diaphragm area? take the wind out of them and follow up with a strike?
personally had some luck with 'stop thrust' to the lower belly.
thoughts?
