FOR SALE
« on: April 15, 2009, 12:06:14 PM »
Hello all,

Crafty, have you ever thought of a thread for us to sell used vids, gear etc.? A nice disclaimer making DBMAA not responsible for items sold.
Some sites have a $1 honor system so when an item sells, we mail you a dollar. Posters could leave an email to contact and then take it from there.
Any thoughts? Anyone... :-D

My thoughts on this are;  those of us that have been training a while and or those new to the arts tend to hold onto their old equipment for various reasons. (ie.  some have sentimental value and others are superstitious while some, like me hang onto my old stuff for my students to be able to borrow until they decide to buy their own).  Videos/DVDs are like gold, they have a certain value that cannot be explained.  I keep mine for my kids to hopefully inherit some day and also for me to review periodically as I develop.  Often as one grows in the arts we find that there are many secrets/treasures to be found in things once we reach "higher levels of conscousness".

Sorry Grayson,

You rarely see a Dog give up his bone.  We enjoy them for a while, bury them in the yard, then dig em back up once they have matured.  An old bone can be very satisfying now and then:mrgreen:

WOOF!
