Guro Leo Manalo of Atienza Kali sent me this link to an artist's website who designs jewelry with Alibata writing on it.  I've seen some of it and it is very cool

"Ancient script of the Philippines having 17 syllabic symbols representing 14 consonants and 3 vowels.  It is also known as Alibata."
