SCA

AS I was saying many arts and types  but few live up to the hard hitting contact of Dog brother and Progressive Fighting arts out of Bremerton Wa.

Until I started as a fighter with the SCA go to scademo.com check out their speed

yes there is shot calling  and more rules for safety but  your using a 1.25 / 2.00 inch stick and when using a great sword
look out for the power
The reason why I would tell any and all to try the fighting is not only for the conditioning but for the different look or feel it gives to the world of full contact.

there was/is a thread on SCA buried somewhere on this forum. A few dog bros. have done it and had good things to say about it.

Woof Battlemaster:

Welcome!

As pointed out in the Rules of the Road thread, custom around here is to fit within existing threads wherever possible.  Therefore, the Search function and the Advanced Search function are our friends  :-)  Please search for SCA and see what you find and then post to the existing thread(s).

Yip!
