Saturday, Oct 23rd, 1-4 pm:  Grappling for MMA, hosted @ Forged Fitness of Raleigh

Sunday, Oct 24th, 1-4 pm: Practical Stick and Knife Fighting, @ Goldsmith Kung Fu and MMA in Chapel Hill

Damn, I'll actually be in NC in November just three weeks later. Bummer as I would love to learn from him!!!

Speaking of Sled Dog... I still don't think my shoulder is quite right after fighting Sled Dog at the 'Stickout at the OK Corral'. That was a heck of a fight which consisted mainly of me on the receiving end of some serious punishment.
