Great suggestions sir and thanks for your input. I personally train with simplicity myself. I spend about 3x/week with weights/cardio with different intensities and intervals mixed in...60% would go to hi cardio interval training (areobic and anaerobic)...40% to resistence training (push ups, pull ups, sit ups) and some weight training for strenghtand maintanence...I'll spend at least an hour to martial skills (bag work, tire work, djurus, weapons) including martial arts class time.
