seminar is on july 19-20 10 am - 4pm
cost is $ 175, $200 at the door
free crossfit seminar on saturday morning 9 am

To fit in the Cross Fit facility wherein we trained, attendance was capped at 30.

A fine group, lots of very fit people, a fun day.  More tomorrow.

As one of the participants (the one who brought the Irish stick) I want to add my thanks, to Crafty for sharing some wisdom, to Rene for putting together an excellent event, and to all the other participants for creating an open and friendly atmosphere for training.

I look forward to doing it all again soon.

Not much left to be said that Rene and Shawn didn't already say!

This is Dave, btw, the guy who was minding the table...

One can easily tell by observing the group that came out, that they love training,
and so it's a given that WE had a lot of fun. But I am glad you seemed to enjoy it as well Guro,
when that happens it's a bonus. Thanks again! :)

I would simply like to say that I had a wonderful time meeting many cool people.  Rene and I are working out the details of my next seminar there-- it looks like it will be in February.  Bbbbrrrrrrr!  :lol:
