Very interesting article, I remember hearing a story that Grand Tuhon Leo Gage also started his training with very similar footwork drills, ie half coconuts and unstable table

I see the above says that I wrote this. Not sure how this came to be, but this is an error- I did not write this. It is a paste from somewhere else and now many years later I have no idea from where.
