Putting this in the right place now...

Greetings all!
The 2019 Open Dog Brothers Gathering of the Pack ® is only a short two months away!

There are currently 30 registered fighters which is fantastic this far out.  I expect that number to grow as there are a number of regular fighters whose names have not yet appeared on the list as well as people who may need a little encouragement to step out and test themselves.

If you are planning on stepping out make sure to fill out the online registration. Earlier the better. You can find it here: https://dogbrothers.com/the-gathering/

At this point we have raised almost a third of the desired funding for the event.  While the Gathering is not a about making money, there can be a significant cost to making it happen. If you are fighting please consider contributing.  Any and all support from those not fighting is also appreciated.  Also, please share the GoFundMe page publicly.  Not only is this to help raise money for the event but also to bring a little more light on the unique thing we do with the hope of drawing more like minded people into it.
That page can be found here: https://www.gofundme.com/2019-open-dog-brothers-gathering-of-the-pack

For those who have not heard yet Master Robby Adelman, Owner of Way of the Orient, has graciously opened his doors for our use.  If you haven’t checked out his website and seen pictures of the place and where it is I would encourage it. https://www.martialartsventura.club/gallery

To all FDB’s, please visit the FDB Forum and get any Nominations you may have in there!

God Bless and Hope to see you all soon!

It might be mine sir, I lost it somewhere during the camp.

PeteJ: 2 of my friends who are fighting for the first time, Robert and Katherine, are hoping to do a 2 on 2 knife fight. Maybe this might work?

12
After several years of observing and about 2 years of working with Guro Crafty I am excited to be fighting for the first time and looking forward to the learning experience.

For those who aren't aware, MMA in CA is now sanctioned by the California Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Association (www.camo-ma.org)

One of my students, Alex Bondarenko, who has also had the privilege of training with Guro C, had his first fight on 8-22 at the Fight Factory in Canoga Park, CA.
He did managed to pull off what he has been training and won the fight in 33 seconds of round one.
He broke the guys nose on the ground and the fight was stopped by Sensei Cecil Peoples.

Unfortunately the video doesn't play smoothly until it has completely loaded. and I apologize for the camera man's language.

Thank you Guro for everything you have given.
