Single Stick striking with body mechanics on the hour glass.
PTK 5 Attack Subsystem Basics
Two Man Drills:
1) guntin w/ single stick and open hand (diagonal down and up)
2) full strike to broken strike return
3) full strike to reverse angle strike
-Flow Drill using all four angles (diagonal down and up)
Male triangle Attacking Block Drill-
Advance with a block, retreat with a strike
Lower Canine Drill (inner and outer circle) Siniwali-
Outer circle uses lower canine footwoot to change direction and attack with a block and then diagonal strike.
