My L.A. trip

I am a total novice in Kali, I just got hooked a couple of months ago through some guys in a band I was working with. So far everything I have done has blown my mind.

Due to the nature of my work it is very difficult for me to go to a regular class. However I have been training under Wayne Rowlands at the Bob Breen Academy in London (UK) whenever my schedule allows, and training at home all the time.

I will possibly be coming to LA for 4-6 weeks, on the 15th Sept, and I would love to do some training while I'm out there.

Can anyone help me?

Mike

You can visit the Inosanto Academy or make some private lessons with Crafty Dog. Or you visit Tuhon Tom Kier or Tuhon Rafael from Sayoc Kali. But they're living in Philadelphia and New York.

Hope you'll become a good time in LA.

Kind Regards, Mike from germany

Woof Guro C. from Africa,

I gave you the wrong dates for our training in L.A. I gave you Dec. 12 and 13. I meant the 13 and 14 of Dec.(Sat./Sun.). I will be arriving in LA on the 12 and leaving on the 15 or 16. Let me know if these dates are ok with you.

*So noted-- no problem.

Hope you are surviving your Mr. Mom duties.  :)

*I see them as Dad duties.  We just got back yesterday from our first road trip just the two of us (plus dog) together in the family van.  We went to San Luis Obispo, where we hung out with Tom Meadows; fishing, stickfighting, and banging on Tom's drum set with great glee.  From there up to Palo Alto to see my cousin Terry's son and play there and then another night in SLO on the way home.

The entire way in the van was spent to the sound of AC DC's "Hells Bells" to which Conrad has taken a great fancy.    :D

Good stuff.
