Guro Marc seminar in Italy was simply great, I also had the opportunity to train a lot with Guro and studying great stuff and techniques.
All people at the seminar were enthusiastic about his training and his philosophy:the bat material, los trikas loop drill, kicking applications, snaggletooth material, variations in the clinch and on the ground, bando stretching. It was a great and intense week end assisting Guro and training well with Tyler (...thanks for coming from France, hope to see you soon and train together my friend!

On Mon and on Tue I trained directly with Guro Marc: thanks for the training, for your words and theories, ....the seed is planted, now I'll cultivate it!!
