Where would be the best place to see a video of Open 8s and Closed 8s?
Modules 4/5/6 from the Orange tag curriculum and also Top Dogs original series in Siniwalli.
Not sure where the videos from the Orange tag disappeared to. I have seen them before several times and also in a different location folder. Perhaps the videos just need to be linked again.
Bob?

Are there wrist exersizes that are recommended to build resilliency? I use a wrist roller, and stretch fairly often, but I’m sure you fellas have suggestions.
I’m thinking this might be of interest to others as well.
Make a specific request for this for the Sunday Online Class (13:00 North Carolina time) and I will prepare a nice session for you.
Thank you!
Are there online classes that I should be attending?! That would be excellent if it was possible. I may have missed the memo.
Thanks again
Why yes there are!
