Wow, really changed my perspective on what punching actually is.
The material here is a core foundational material to Kali Tudo. With this we can double our speed in well chosen moments i.e. two hits per shift of body weight instead of one, thus manifesting one of the Boydian Principles: Change in Height, Speed, and Direction.
